Thank you for supporting the Northwest Environmental Conference and Trade Show (NWEC). Below you will find information regarding move in, move out, shipping & receiving, conference information, logistics, and other information you will need to have a successful Trade Show experience.

Exhibit Booth Package

Space

  • 10’ wide and 6’ deep with an 8’ high back drape, 3’ high side drape and fully carpeted (can accommodate a full size display).
  • Furniture includes (1) 6’ draped & skirted table, (2) side chairs, (1) wastebasket and (1) booth ID sign. *Trading out the 6’ size table to an 8’ or 4’ table is possible at no charge ONLY by contacting This email address is being protected from spambots. Representatives

  • Each Exhibit Package includes one (1) booth representative in the package price. Up to two (2) additional booth reps per booth may be purchased for $175.00 per person.
  • Booth representative(s) receive all conference meals including (2) breakfasts, (2) morning breaks, (2) lunches, Tuesday afternoon break and Tuesday evening reception.
  • Booth reps may attend all conference sessions; however, post conference training courses are not included and must be purchased separately.

Shipments

Triumph (Formerly Pacific Exposition Decoration Company (PEDCO)) is the Trade Show decorator. Advanced shipments to Triumph must arrive before December 1st and will be delivered to exhibitor’s booth on Monday, December 5th. Direct delivery to Red Lion on exhibitor move-in day only. Installation of Exhibit

Installation of exhibit must be completely set-up and in-place by 9:00 PM, December 5. Unclaimed space after 9:00 PM, December 5 will be reassigned by NEBC without refunds. Dismantling of Exhibit

Dismantling of booths may commence no earlier than 2:00 PM on Wednesday, December 7 and the exhibit area must be completely cleared by 5:00 PM. Electrical

All booths receive complimentary electrical service – 500 watts.

WiFi

Parking – Free!

Free Parking! There is ample parking available at the hotel if you would like to bring a piece of equipment and park it on site.

Liability & Security

Exhibitor agrees to assume all responsibility for any loss or injury related to their booth, and that they shall indemnify and hold harmless NEBC, Red Lion Hotel and the conference organizer from all liability which may ensue, for any cause. The exhibit area will be secured, to the extent possible, during those hours when the exhibit area is not open to the public. However, NEBC cannot guarantee against loss, damage, or injury of any kind. Be advised, exhibitor should not to leave valuables unattended during setup, exhibit hours and after show hours, and/or tear down. Exhibitors are solely responsible for the security of their exhibits and equipment.

Cancellations

Cancellations before November 3rd will be issued a full refund, minus the $500 deposit. There are no refunds after November 3rd.
