REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Full Registration fee includes 2 continental breakfasts, 2 lunches, 1 Reception, refreshment breaks, admission to all sessions, tradeshow and a registration gift.
Conference registration does not include lodging. All conference sessions will be held at the Red Lion Hotel on the River Jantzen Beach.
Early registration deadline is November 21, 2008.
Registrations received after that date will be charged a higher fee.
Cancellations and Refund
Cancellations and refund requests must be in writing, postmarked by November 21st, 2008 and will be subject to a $50 administrative fee. No refund requests will be accepted after November 21st, 2008; however another person may attend the conference in place of the original registrant.
