REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Full Registration fee includes 2 continental breakfasts, 2 lunches, 1 Reception, refreshment breaks, admission to all sessions, tradeshow and a registration gift.

Conference registration does not include lodging. All conference sessions will be held at the Red Lion Hotel on the River – Jantzen Beach.

Early registration deadline is November 21, 2008.
Registrations received after that date will be charged a higher fee.

Cancellations and Refund
Cancellations and refund requests must be in writing, postmarked by November 26th, 2008 and will be subject to a $50 administrative fee. No refund requests will be accepted after November 26th, 2008.
