PL1) "Green" Conference Bag - SOLD

Your organization will be recognized at the conference and will be remembered again and again as participants re-use this handy environmentally friendly bag imprinted with your organization's logo and website.

PL2) Networking Reception Monday, December 7, 2009 - SOLD

This annual event is the highlight of the conference. Guests will receive two complimentary beverage tickets printed with your organization's logo to be used during the 11/2 hour networking reception. Your organization's logo displayed on a large screen will welcome attendees. As the sponsor, you may invite an additional six people to this event at no charge.

PL3) Environmentally Friendly High Quality Water Bottles

Your organization will be noticed during the conference and for years to come when attendees drink from their re-useable water bottle proudly displaying your organization's logo.

PL4) "Green" Name Badge Wallets with Your Organization's Logo

All participants will notice your organization thousands of times each day as attendees display your organization's name or logo on the conference name badge wallet. This is the highest visibility you can get!

GL1) Conference Luncheon - SOLD

Two Available: Choose Monday, December 7 or Tuesday, December 8, 2009
Your organization will be "front and center" when you choose to sponsor either the Monday Awards Luncheon or the Tuesday Luncheon. You will have two minutes to address the audience from the podium (no video please) while your organization's logo is proudly displayed on the big screen for all to see. You will also be entitled to provide an informational marketing piece or a small logo'd gift at each place setting during your sponsored lunch.

GL2) Four Refreshment Breaks with Organic/Shade-Grown Coffee and Logo Napkins

Increase your exposure to attendees by sponsoring all four refreshment breaks! The memory of your organization will be refreshed twice daily with custom napkins and signage displaying your organization's logo and website at each refreshment station. You may also choose to display your promotional materials at each station or on a 6' display table nearby. This sponsorship enables the conference to serve organic/shade-grown coffee during the morning and afternoon breaks.

SL1) Early Bird Technical Sessions with Hot Breakfast

These early sessions with breakfast have been offered at previous conferences with great success! This sponsorship includes both the Monday and Tuesday morning sessions. Your organization's promotional materials may be placed on a 6' display table outside the session room. Your organization's name and logo will greet all participants and will be displayed on the podium during the sessions. You will also be recognized from the podium at the start of each session.

SL2) Workshop Track

Two Available: Choose from Basics - 101 or Roundtable - Hot Topics
This is an effective way to target your audience throughout the conference. You will be provided with a 6' table outside your track room to display your marketing materials. Hundreds of attendees will pass by your information when attending the workshops being held in your track. Your organization's name and logo will greet all participants and will be displayed on the podium during the workshops. You will also be recognized from the podium at the start of each workshop.

SL3) Continental Breakfast

Two Available: Choose Monday, December 7 or Tuesday, December 8, 2009
Your organization will receive "early recognition" by hosting the first meal of the day for the entire group. Attendees will appreciate that only organic/shade grown coffee will be served because of your support. Your organization's promotional materials may be placed on the breakfast tables or on a display table inside the breakfast room. Your organization's name and logo will be prominently displayed at the entrance as well as at the food stations!

NWEC's efforts to minimize the environmental impacts related to the conference require time, commitment and funds within a limited budget. To enhance our "A New Shade of Green" program, we will recognize sponsor donations that enable us to implement the best environmental practices of conference management. In addition to the five opportunities listed below, we would be happy to discuss other ideas that enhance environmental stewardship.

EL1) Online Conference Registration Service

Your organization's name or logo and hotlink to your website will be featured on the online conference registration page. Every time an attendee registers online, they will be reminded of your organization.

EL2) Conference Program

The conference program is distributed to all registrants and will feature your organization's logo and website address on the sponsor page. You will also receive a complimentary full page advertisement in the conference program. Select the inside front or back cover to showcase your organization. Your contribution will help support the purchase of paper grade with post-consumer recycled content for the printed conference program book.

EL3) Recycle Bins with Your Logo and Website Address - SOLD

Your organization's logo and website address will be displayed at the recycling stations throughout the conference. Attendees will appreciate the easy accessibility to recycling options that are often hard to find at such events.

EL4) Purchase of Carbon Dioxide Offsets

Your organization will be recognized for enabling NWEC to offset the carbon emissions of conference participants who drove single occupancy vehicles to and from the conference. Donations will be made to Climate Trust, a Portland-based, non-profit organization. The Climate Trust's projects are expected to offset nearly 2.6 million metric ton of carbon dioxide - making them one of the largest and most experienced offset buyers in the U.S. and world markets.

EL5) Green Alternative - SOLD

Reward attendees who carpooled, used public transportation and/or biked to the conference! Your sponsorship of the "greening prizes" and the conference bike racks will encourage participation in the conference's greening program. The cyclists will appreciate having a designated space to secure their mode of transportation. Your organization will be recognized from the stage as attendees are reminded to sign in at the Greening Booth and as the winners are announced at the final conference luncheon.

Environmental Stewardship Level Sponsor Benefits

Your organization's contribution will enable a student in the environmental area of study to attend the conference. Sponsor one or multiple students at $285 each. Sponsors will have the opportunity to meet with scholarship recipients during the conference. Your organization's name will be included in the conference program book and on sponsor thank you signs.
